Movement has always been part of Courtney’s life. Growing up in Southern California, she spent her time on the softball field, soccer field, and volleyball court. But years of chronic back pain eventually changed the way she viewed movement. Joining The Vent in 2018 marked a turning point. Through the mentorship of Bree, physical therapy, strength training, and intentional movement, she discovered that building resilient bodies goes far beyond simply treating pain.
That experience inspired Courtney to become a movement coach, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Mobility 101 Certified through The Ready State. Today, she combines her background in education with her passion for movement to help people build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. Her coaching emphasizes strength, stability, recovery, and movement quality, giving clients practical tools to enhance performance and stay active for the long term.
Whether working with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or those simply looking to move better, Courtney believes everyone deserves to feel capable in their body. Her mission is to create an environment where people feel challenged, supported, and empowered to prepare well, perform at their best, recover intentionally, and continue doing the activities they love for years to come.
