OUR classes

Intensity

Find your appropriate scale or modification of each movement to keep your intensity high! This is where you HAVE to scale, even if you don’t want to, to keep your workout within the required time domain. This is CrossFit!

Mechanics

Time to slow down and work your skills! This class is where the true movement progress comes from, we will focus on only three movements per class. A great class for new members to take your time while learning new moves, awesome for returning clients needing to rebuild their base, and for our older clients who need to slow it down a couple days per week.

Vent Teens

10-16 years old.
